Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled HR Systems and Services Officer who will work with a Trust team to deliver Human Resource Services across the Trust in line with policies, legislation and internal operational procedures. The post holder will take operational responsibility for the development and implementation of key HR process and aspects of the HR system.
This is a key post within our Trust Services, candidates must be able to evidence technical expertise and experience related to the post and the ability to lead and manage service delivery in a collaborative environment in the discharge of their duties and will always work within and contribute to the legal, regulatory and policy frameworks of the Trust.
It is essential that candidates’ evidence and share with us their ethos and characteristics that demonstrate their potential to be an outstanding HR Officer within the Trust, our Schools and College.
