Staff and School Support Assistant

Status: 20 hours per week, working over 5 days, Monday to Friday. Term time only plus 8 directed days.

Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.

Oakwood High School is an over-subscribed 11-16 High School with a strong emphasis on respect for all; we are a Good school with ‘Outstanding Leadership and Management’ at all levels.

We have an opportunity for a suitable candidate to provide staff and school support.  This will include the running of our staff kitchen to provide domestic support at break and dinner times; provide a refreshments and hospitality service for school events and meetings; operate our lost property procedure; do post duties and message delivery around the school.

We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role and experience of working in schools or a similar environment.  We need someone who is willing to work flexibly in support of our school.
