Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled PA / HR Officer. This is an interesting and dynamic role that will cover both Thomas Rotherham College and Sitwell Junior School and requires a candidate who has the capacity to develop the knowledge and understanding of the operational, legal and regulatory environment in which the Trust, Schools and College operates and use this to provide key services and support. The PA / HR Officer will work with a wider Trust team under an established Framework and will contribute to the development and delivery of HR & Payroll Services and will always work within and contribute to the legal, regulatory, policy and procedures of the Trust. Recent and relevant experience in a HR role is essential for post. This post is expected to start from 1st March 2023.
