Minutes Secretary (Governance) Hourly rate paid is £10.33 to £10.97 Casual contract. It is anticipated that the post holder will prepare for, attend and minute 6 – 9 evening and or day time meetings per year in addition to general governance administration.

Inspire Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School and Thomas Rotherham College.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly skilled Minutes Secretary who will work with the Clerk to Trust and Trust staff to deliver Governance Services across the Trust in line with policies, legislation and internal operational procedures.   The post holder will take operational responsibility for between 6 and 9 meetings per year, some of which will be evening meetings, some during the day.

Candidates must be able to evidence high standards of literacy, organisational and IT skills and have experience in preparing for, minuting and actioning formal meetings.
