Onboarding for New Starters

We have a thorough onboarding process for new starters, and we pay an additional day of your salary for completing this process before starting in addition to your first months’ salary.

Gym Membership & Exercise Classes

All staff employed under Inspire Learning Trust are eligible for gym membership and exercise classes at just £10 per academic year. Access our excellent facilities after work at Thomas Rotherham College. Relax and unwind in our steam room and sauna.

Sports Facility Hire

All staff have access to reduced rates on our sports facilities and pitch hire, this includes our 3G football pitch hire, sports hall hire for indoor badminton, football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and more at Thomas Rotherham College.

We offer a more generous annual entitlement for all our professional support staff in comparison to those in the local sector.

Student Admissions at Oakwood High School

Do you have a child who is in junior school and applying for Oakwood High School? Our new admissions policy gives priority placing for applicants if staff have worked for any school in the Trust for at least 2 years.

Flu Jabs

The Trust give the option for a flu jab voucher which can be redeemed at a local pharmacy available to employees on an annual basis.

Free Parking

Free car parking for all staff at each of our sites. Including secure cycle parking at certain sites.

Evening Language Classes

All staff employed under Inspire Learning Trust can access German, French, Italian or Spanish beginners through to advanced classes at a 25% discounted price of £135, rather than the full price of £180. These courses run from October- April for 22 weeks.

Pension Contributions

All staff employed under Inspire Learning Trust have access to Teachers or Local Government pension schemes with employer contributions between 16% and 24%.

Urban Yoga

All staff employed by Inspire Learning Trust can access free yoga classes at Oakwood High School. Stretch, strengthen your body, focus your mind and relax your spirit.
