Congratulations you have secured a post with Inspire Trust, we look forward to welcoming you to our team.

Now you have an offer of appointment we need to finalise our recruitment checks.  These are essential and are part of our rigorous safeguarding practices, they also ensure that the start of your employment with us runs smoothly.

You will be required to provide a range of information in addition to that which you provided during the recruitment process. This will include a P45 or last payslip, bank account details and a Head and Shoulders Photo.

We need to carry out an Enhanced DBS check (unless you are already registered with Vetting and Barring Update Service).  You will receive an email from Strictly Education, we use this company to carry out the checks on our behalf.  You need to respond to that email straight away so that the start of your employment is not delayed.  We will then compete the DBS application process on your behalf using the documents you have provided us with.  When your full clearance arrives you will receive a certificate which need to bring with you on either your first day or on your induction day.

We will send you a contract of employment which you need to read, sign.  You then need to scan the signed copy and email it to us at HR@Inspiretrust.uk  We can then set you up on our payroll system and also confirm the start time and location of your first day.

On your first day you will meet with your line manager who will commence the induction and probationary process with you.
